I know this is totally of topic, but i noticed the big thread this subject
generated.
My personal opinion:
If you really need a good web presence, pay for it. I must recommend
pairNetworks.
They access time is optimal, great support, and quite cheap. A 20MB site and
one POP3 account is about $50 a year.
