1. Yet Another Euphoria Preprocessor

Here is another attempt of mine to create a preprocessor to extend
Euphoria.
Its not very good, and has had minimal testing, but it appears to be
fairly stable and usable.
Now I'm going to work on rearanging variable declarations in routines,
so in the next version (hopefully) you will be able to declare a
variable
anywhere in a routine.
Hope someone out there like this.
