1. My new pipe library.

I've fixed my library (for the most part anyways), so here it is.
Full-duplex pipes can now be used by Eu programs.
There are some problems with using Euphoria programs as the programs
being piped, I'm gonna do some tests later with other ncurses programs
to see if ncurses is the reason it doesn't work.
Sorry about the weak documentation, I will create a better version
when I have time.
And, as always, feel free to send me bug reports.
