First, it would help to know if you are using a Windows library (if so,
which one). Second, do you mean, always on top with focus (a Modal
window?) or always on top, but still able to give focus to and work with
other windows below yours?

sorry for not being clear and sorry if u receive this message twice.i
believe the first one got lost somewhere in the universe.
i use win32lib. and i need a window which is always on top and does not
let other applications get focus. i simply want to make a password
window to open at the start up.
but of course i will apreciate info about all other kinds of always on
top windows too.
