1. Off Topic: Portuguese language email clients

Hi,

Any Portuguese speaking Euphorians out there? Do any of you know of a
freeware email client with a Portuguese interface and SMPT
Authentication support, that will run under the Win95b with only 8Mb
RAM ? I have search up and down the web without much luck (I have
found lots in English, but none in Portuguese).

Thanks,

Brasilian Portuguese speaking Euphoria found here, in Campinas, Sao Paulo.

Just starting learning euphoria. Really a easy to learn and practical=20
language.

About the email client, did you try Eudora ?
I think there's a version in portuguese.

I was born in S=E3o Paulo. Canan=E9ia to be precise. Is that far from
Campinas? (My Brazilian geography is a bit rust, as well as my
portuguese - I lived in Canada for 13 years, been back less than a
year).

Don't forget clean. There are no gotos, pointers, ints, single,
double, float, etc cluttering up the language. smile

I didn't know they put a portuguese version out. I tried Opera's and
IE 3 (IE 4 won't install, says not enough memory), but they didn't
support SMTP validation.

I'll be out of town for a week or so, but when I get back I look for
it. Obrigado.

Here's another, Ken. There are others but they don't show up this much.

About your eMail client, I'd suggest Pegasus Mail
[http://www.pmail.com]. It works on DOS, 3.1x, 9x, ME, NT, Netware but
no Linux (unless you use Wine). A group translated version 3.12c (the
one I use) unofficially. I'm still using English version, though. I
know that it's available in French, Dutch (hello Antoine!) and German.
IMO, it's the best eMail client ever built despite it lacks from a
fancy looking...
