Hi all,
I deliberately don't go into the thread on this topic anymore,=
but refer to it only.
I can tell you, why Rob is doing Euphoria this way, and though I=
would prefer
to have more control myself, like lots of you, I respect AND=
UNDERSTAND
Rob's choice.
I thought you were bright enough to figure that out for=
yourselves, seems I'm
mistaken about that.
You can be better programmers than I am, have higher educations=
and all such things,
you lack vision or empathy.
Rob is creating Euphoria for the AVERAGE PROGRAMMER, preventing=
him from doing
harm, by such esoteric things as pointers and passing by=
reference YOU NIT_WITS, don't
you realise even that???????
Kat, here's a pointer for you to get rid of that nasty
if equal(sign,"+") then
simply do
if 43=3Dsign[1] it's faster and you can do this c kind in lots of=
situations.
Ladies and gentlemen, I didn't mean to offend, really, just to=
kick some butts
that seem to be even lazier than myself.
