Did you have this problem with prior versions of IDE?

2. RE: IDE and Win32Lib Memory Drain

Unfortunately, I didn't notice this problem until after I deleted the
old version. Unless you can send it to me, I can't check. I can't
remember exactly, but I don't recall it happening before. I checked with
other Win32Lib programs and they seem to be fine. This problem only
seems to occur in this new version.

I can send you IDE v0.12.0 if you want it or I can place it back on IDE 
home page where you, and others, can download it at your convience if 
v0.13.0 is unacceptable. Please let me know (and anyone else having 
problems with v0.13.0)

I can't test your situation but I have minimized IDE and run other 
programs and been able to restore it without a problem. However, I 
realize this is not the same situation.
