1. [Win32Lib] v57.5: generic.exw bug-- using % in create generic WINDOW

Has anyone else had an error trying to run "generic.exw" under Win32Lib
57.5?  I did, running under Win98 1st ed, but Derek doesn't.

I tracked it to creating the status bar, but there's nothing wrong with that
line of code itself, 'cause I copied it into the simple window demo & it
worked just fine.  So then I changed the method of setting the position/size
of the generic window, using pixel integers instead of % values, and that
lets generic.exw  work fine for me.

I don't have an error, too (also running under Win98 1st ed).
