1. Derek and Matt - list view changes for 57.5?

Derek and Matt, I tried the new win32lib 57.5 last night and some custom things I had done with list views were broken. I looked through win32lib.ew and noticed that it doesn't use LPSTR_TEXTCALLBACK anymore with list views (or at least I don't think it does). Is that the case and if so, when did that change?
