Works wherever under DOS 7.xx and Win9x

Doesn't work in DOS mode (Shutdown to DOS or Startup to DOS).
Long filenames just aren't available there.

Wrong way round. :) They *do* work in DOS *boxes* (or 'Alt-Enter'ed
DOS-boxes) but nowhere else.

If you want Long Filenames, the GUI *has* to be running. If that isn't a
scam, I don't know what is.
