1. Check Internet Connection with URLMON

Is there a function for checking the internet connection using URLMON? I'm
currently using the one supplied by wininet.dll, but they might use different
methods and give different results... This is related (still) to the problem
I'm having with my one customer not being able to connect to the server,
although no other customers report this problem.
