1. Diamond 4

I am finishing testing and reivisng documtation for the latest version of
Diamond. This version allows inner classes somewhat like Java, for a kind of
limited multiple inheritance. As my work and home life is very busy now, it
may be a while before I have it ready to upload to the Contributions page.
