Unless you are using the Beta Win32lib, you can always change CodeWin
(IDE_code.ew) back to Controls as parent. I only made the change to be ready
for the beta.
Perhaps something will be discovered to allow Controls be parent or I find
a way to keep Code Editor off the tastbar before the beta is officially
released.

Can you change it back to the way it was before?
If the beta is not allowing that, it could be a bug in Win32lib.
