I remember someone discussing their port of Doom (and I offered any support I could give). How is it coming along? Ran into any major problems yet? Euphoria and C++ must learn to coexist! Adam Weeden WeedenSoft Technologies

Its not going good at all...I cant get EXW.EXE to work. I had it working for about a hour(i reinstalled my system) but i installed my programs(video drivers/sound drivers/modem drivers/icq/winamp/nuts & bolts/win rar) and i check to see if it still runs...its did...then i connect to the net for a little while and then it does not run...(didnt mean to seam like im unloading on you...ive spent the last 40 hours reinstalling and checking every combo of the above programs finding the one that does not crash euphoria) Grape Vine >Date: Tue, 26 Jan 1999 11:08:22 EST >Reply-To: Euphoria Programming for MS-DOS <EUPHORIA at LISTSERV.MUOHIO.EDU> >From: Adam Weeden <SkaMan325 at AOL.COM> >Subject: Doom port >To: EUPHORIA at LISTSERV.MUOHIO.EDU > >I remember someone discussing their port of Doom (and I offered any support I >could give). Hello The Doom port is not moving now, I'll try to start it again in a few months. I bought a computer to put linux on, so I could compile the doom source, but linux wont install. Currently I'm working on a crpg (that I started many months ago) with Lewis Townsend. This will be my main project for a while.
