If someone requests shipping of a disk,
we enclose a full receipt with your name, address, the date,
how much you paid, what you got etc. If it's a "download-only"
order we don't bother.
Even if you choose shipping and handling of a disk and receipt,
(now $5 to any country) we can give you the download instructions
right away if you want them.
