1. acronym ? ?
While visiting relatives over xmas I filled in the periods of boredom
reading up on the Euphoria manual. A couple questions (at least that I'm
willing to ask):
1. In the Language Definition section there is mention of the "Hierarchical
Objects" part of the Euphoria acronym . . .
Does "Euphoria" actually stand for something ?
2. The definition of the "open" routine includes the COM ports as examples
of devices to which it applies. Does this really work? I'd be very
impressed with Euphoria if this is indeed built-in! And, if so, how do you
set parameters like baud rate, parity, etc? . . . use "system" and a
"mode" command?
