Hei Euphoria Programming for MS-DOS,
I wonder if it's illegal to export encrypted encryptor from the
U.S.?
I mean, well, we send the source code, binary, or something,
encrypted. It is not executable. It is not machine readable. It is
human readable. Well, we can provide something like "just XOR this
file and you're done."
