I have to admit I've been moving slowly the past
couple of months, but I'm getting geared up again now
for the final push. 
Things are very "interesting" now from the standpoint
of building and testing all the required products.
All of these products share Euphoria and/or C source code, and
have to be built and tested on four different platforms:
* Interpreter (30% Euphoria)
* Interpreter (100% Euphoria)
* Translator (100% Euphoria)
* Translator Library for multiple C compilers
* Binder
Not only that, but the products that are built using
Euphoria code, in most cases use the Euphoria
translator as part of the build procedure.
As I mentioned before, the interpreter can interpret
the translator, the interpreter can interpret the
interpreter, the translator can translate the interpreter,
the translator can translate itself, the binder can
bind ... the possibilities are mind-boggling.
Believe it or not, this is all pretty much working now.
I just have some glitches, some promised bug fixes,
and some not-too-large promised features still to do.
Plus documentation changes, lots of testing etc.
It could be 2 months before an alpha release.

What you should do is develop a EUPHORIA expert-system that can
further refine, define, and develop future EUPHORIA products and
enhancements to current code. Then you could say, "EUPHORIA ES, add
'such-in-such' feature to the EUPHORIA language," and it automagically
adds it, updating the interpreter, translator, binder, and all
libraries. Get on it! But not until after you release 2.5 in a few
weeks.
