Clicking on the "support dilog" button freezes the app for 30" or so. Then I get a small dialog box that reports: PCID: 1950860571 Local Path: Server Path: Not Found License Folder: License file not found. Windows NT 4.0 Word 2000 Forms On-A-Disk Forms Server: Unable to Connect. Forms On-A-Disk Web Site: Unable to Connect. Forms On-A-Disk Forms Manager (2006.04.24-REL-1) Will try again from home tonight, with only a firewall and no proxy. CChris

That long pause is because it's trying to connect to the web site and to our forms server. I think it's the proxy that causes the problem for a few of my users, but I don't know how to get around that. Is it my program's responsi- bility to get through the proxy, or is it the client's responsibility? -=ck "Programming in a state of Euphoria." http://www.cklester.com/euphoria/
