1. Wiki vandalism

I think it might be time to turn off anonymous editing on the EuWiki.  I 
just removed the second instance of vandalism in two days.  The first was 
just some random numbers added, but the second was some sort of porn spam.

Hmm, that should be better, but.. how to do that? I searched but
didn't get the way to do that. May someone enlighten me?
