1. Judith - IDE vScrollbar Issue

Judith, I don't know if this should have been fixed with the patch I
downloaded (if indeed I did download the patch!).
1. Expand the Win32Lib IDE window.
2. Expand the Form Design window vertically, so that there is plenty of
space beneath the form inside of it.
3. Expand the form downward.
4. Adjust the size of the Form Design window so that a vertical scroll bar
is required.
You'll note that the vertical scroll bar doesn't appear when it should. For
instance, some of the form can be covered up and you still don't have a
vertical scroll bar, thus preventing you from seeing or working on the
bottommost portion of the form.
Obviously, the vertical scroll bar's limit is hard coded instead of
depending on the size of the form inside the window.
Let me know if this is detailed enough.
