1. [Win32Lib] DrawText is now drawText
Hi all,
I just wanted to say that in win32lib's docs drawText appears as
DrawText, it's just uppercase typed.
I was having some troubles with this so after seeing at the
library's code I figured out that.

Hey, its not a bad thing.
It's hard to keep up a good doc, specially in this big lib.
