where abouts.  Do you have the URL?

This is what I got:

Translation work at UNIMEP discontinued.
Site: http://www.pegasus.saopaulo.net/ (not operational).
Discussion list: pmail-br at usa.net (checking). If there's a place you 
can get an unofficial translated version is at this list.

No other clues. :(
