1. killed task?

Hi Rob,

There is no that obsolete task_kill() procedure in Euphoria now,
but docs continue to say about "killed tasks" without any explanation
of what is that "killed task" and how to "kill" it, if you want just
to end some task ... Or does it just seem to me?  smile

Yes, I see there are still a couple of references to tasks
that have terminated naturally, or have been "killed".
I'll remove the "killed" part.
