1. ec/djgpp note for Rob

When using ec, djgpp (gcc303b) now reports--
'-mpentium' is deprecated.
Use '-march=pentium' or '-mcpu=pentium' instead.

(It still works fine.)

I guess I'm lagging a bit behind on djgpp/gcc releases.
