Maybe. But it's not practical to have async registry edits going on for different programs all the time. Especially given i have having file locking problems. I thought i'd get away from that with bindw, but even then, the resulting exe can be running for 3 hours, and i cannot change the name of that exe file, nor copy it, move it, delete it, etc.. The latest urlmon app writes to a file, and then goes to read another one to see if it exists, and crashes with a drive locking "error" because another app is running. So no, i don't want Eu apps messing with the registry. Kat
