Why not just define them as bitmaps? I'm assuming that Neil allows
transparency in bitmaps.

In Windows (and GUI4Neil), pressing the Tab key moves you to the next
control. Holding the Shift key down and pressing the Tab key (Shift+Tab)
should move you to the prior control.
