There's a typo on line 54 of gui4neil.ex - a comma at the end of the line.
A couple of suggestions to ignore:
1. You might want to consider including Neil along with your library.
2. Radio buttons should look like radio buttons, not check boxes.
3. My mouse moves pathetically slow under the demo - can it be sped up?
4. Implement shift+tab
It looks nice!

I really appreciate it when people include all the files needed to run their
programs. It's really frustrating when I download something that requires
win32lib to run, but hasn't been updated in quite a while, so is dependant
on a form no longer available.....the same thing happened to me recently too
with a program that needed an old version of VEL ;{
