    I have an idea for your IDE.
    Ferlin was saying that he needs to be able to work on buttons at
    the bottom of large windows.
    Rather than do a complete rewrite why don't you just rewrite
    ide.exw in the following way.
    1: Make the "Design" window a window with just the menus and tool bar
       with no client area.
    2: Create a new "Work" window which would contain the user's design
       using the "Work" window's client area.
    If someone needs to work on a large window they could maximize the
       the "Work" window and tab back and forth between the "Design"
       and "Work" window. You could also use more than one "Work" window.
