I would do a graphics library, but I don't have near enough knowledge yet.
I think that the TruColor library would be enough, but it doesn't work right
on my computer. (It seems to store the graphics slightly in the wrong part
of memory.) I haven't looked at Neil.e much, but I couldn't make sense out
of it since it wasn't documented too much.
About the gameplay/graphics topic, I'm more into strategy games. They don't
require near the speed and usually do require good gameplay to be decent.
I'm sure 3d stuff can be used, but there wouldn't be as much or need to be
as fast.
Right now I'm working on a cheap little space exploration game, but it won't
look very good with 256 colors. I will be (and I think many others would,
also) very grateful if someone who has the knowledge could spare some time
and make a library that would allow us to set the graphics mode (including
16.7 million colors especially), write a pixel to memory, and read a pixel
from memory. And as mentioned by someone else, it would make Euphoria look
like a much better language.
