This is just a opinion text, so skip it if you're feeling sameway I did =
today reading my mail.

Somebody wrote(sorry, don't remember who and I really ain't inspirated =
to search it(I had over 50 mails today, so...)
Anyway, he was wondering why we share our knowledge in mailing list, and =
he also tought that someday the big company boys will come and use it to =
earn big bucks with our ideas, IOW steal money that belongs to us.
Well, my personal opinion is that no-one is going to take anything. =
Those, who are working in big (game) companies are gurus allready(or so =
I think). Thats why they have their jobs. Now euphoria is a pretty young =
language (where's lot of it's power) and those company guys propably =
haven't even heard of it, and if they were, why bother to learn a new =
language? They have propably been working so long with f.ex. C++ that =
they even code programs with it in their dreams. And, as great Euphoria =
is, it's still a child. It's still growing and learning new stuff and it =
will take some time before it starts to be a grown up, and I think that =
we who develop libraries and code to eu are the ones who are making the =
next millenium's language, and we shall be the ones who once will rule =
the source itself (sorry, it's late, and I'm tired :)
What I'm trying to say is that we may be someday those who just know-how =
to do it, and in that time this work we have done here in mailing list =
and in archive has helped most of all ourselves. The next generation =
that comes after us propably move to something newer language, as we =
leave C and others not-so-easy-and-fast as old ones.

I think this mailing list and the archive sections are great, so thanks =
to everyone. And I'm really glad I found Eu (it was really big =
coincidence, but that's another story :)
