Notice that with the recent update to the website, the archive page has
been split into 4 pages instead of one big long one. PCX libraries are on
page 3 under "Library Routines".

Try Neil.e. I believe it can handle any graphics mode from CGA up to
high-res SVGA. It's also incredibly fast and totally flicker-free, even with
huuuge images in 1024x768x16.7million res. The documentation's a bit slim,
but you can mostly get the hang of it by playing with it a bit.
