1. Matthew Whitehead's OOP

I noticed that there are a number of things missing from Matthew Whitehead's
OOP package, including:

   - Mark Honnor's "Dynamic Include Files" library
   - OBJ.EX

Thanks. I just added dynaminc.e to Matthew's .ZIP
I don't know anything about OBJ.EX

It would help if people would include any necessary 3rd party
files in the .ZIPs that they submit. Don't include the standard RDS files
- everyone should have those.

In this case I copied dynaminc.e into Matthews directory so
I could try his code, but then I forgot to make a new ZIP for him.
