1. Borland database

I don't remember who was talking about getting source for one of Borland's
database programs, but here is some info:

InterBase to go open source?

Inprise execs considering opening up the source code of the company's
15-year-old database.

Inprise Corp. soon plans to outline the future of its InterBase database
division, and the possibility of opening the database's source code is
squarely on the table.

2. Re: Borland database

Hi Kat,

Thanks for the information. The code I used from Borland for the
translation didn't belong to Interbase. But thanks anyway.
Nevertheless some interbase code is welcome!

The indexer I'm working on works well for the insertion. The
code is very, very slow. I have to introduce some cashing in the code
to speed it up.
