1. Listserver problem

I'm writing this here because I can't find the adress of anyone connected with the listserver. I have been attempting to subscribe to this mailing list, but the list server seems to insist on subscribing me via the adress in my sender header rather than (for instance) the adress I give in my from header. This is very inconvenient for me (I use that address for an entirely separate purpose) and may make it impossible to post to the mailing list when I am not attempting to do so from this computer network. Does anyone know how to subscribe without this problem occurring, or the address of anyone relevant I could contact?

Hi, Kieron: I believe that you can subscribe via the listserver's web page - it asks you for your e-mail address at that time, and returns it via the browser. As far as I know, it won't have any way of knowing what e-mail address you are currently using. However, replying to messages from a different address may be more of a problem. Someone here will know the answer. Stay tuned :) Regards, Irv Mullins

You could look thru the Euphoria archives to see what sorts of projects other people have done. If you have questions, feel free to ask. People on this list are very helpful and friendly to anyone who is trying to learn. Just ignore the squabbling about language design. Regards, Irv Mullins
