1. Win 2000 users of IDE; I have a question

I have a win 2000 user who is having a problem with IDE v0.16.0. He is using win32lib v57.9 but the toolbox only shows the first series of control icons regardless of which tab he clicks and never shows the Hints for them. He is using a Dell Latitude laptop with 512Mb memory. Did anyone run into this problem and resolve it? --judith
