The US has a problem with policing the world. So, yes, it'd spred the disease.
Umm, methinx WTO is behind this...
but for thuse of us in the US, heres my conspiracy theory...
Whelp, encryption is a start, but that won't stop it. PGP or anything publicly
available wouldn't save us. We'd have to make our own hybrid encryption schemes.
And hide it in rock. (Go into the middle of the street, cut a slab out, and hide
the decryption key)
Intrusion detection software. As low level as possible. See an intrusion, bomb
the HDD.
Personally, i'm afraid of this. Umm, really scared.
