1. Basic I/O

Will eu linux 2.3 support accessing the screen w/ ncurses?
I have a library to fix this, but it's very inconviniant to always use
it to get basic io.

Yes, Euphoria uses ncurses now - in fact, you can't avoid using
it. All the print and put functions call ncurses routines, as do the
text-color and bk-color. You can't at present read from the screen into
Euphoria, as far as I know.

Oops. meant to say w/out ncurses. I already knew about the current
situation conserning euphoria and ncurses. I know how to bypass eu
and write to the screen, i just wanted to see if my io.e library would
be obsolete in 2.3.
