I totaly disagree, I personally use CSS and find its use (ease of use) to be
signicant in that my time is valuable and CSS makes my life easy.
Support for CSS is IE,NS,MAC and some others (not known by me)
but some of these browsers dont support the full realm of CSS[1] either.
take a look at where I learned CSS and decide for yourself if CSS isnt as
powerfull, fast, and easy.
