I haver another question:
Does anybody know of any good image editor with source code.
Now I'm using Microsoft's ImagEdit, but it's only able
to display small bitmaps of limited colors.
The editor I want has to be able
to display large images of any format (jpg, bmp, gif, ...).
It has to have zoomin ability and the code mustn't be
to hard to understand. One similar to PhotoShop would be good.
And it should be in C/C++, unless it has good plugin abilities.

And, by the way, is there any free image editor I can download to edit =
my images? Source code doesn't have to be available.

Have a look at the Gimp. www.gimp.org the GNU image editor.

It is designed for *nix but has a pretty stable win32 port.

It has all the features of full priced expensive image editors.

Source code is available but I would assume it is huge!
