Yup, the version of winsock.ew (by Jesus Consuegra and Greg Harris)
included with Hawke's EUServer can do asynchronous sockets, see my
Asynchronous HTTP demo at http://www.rat-software.com/projects.html
for a client example....
I'm not sure who made the modifications to winsock.ew, I assume it was
Hawke', does anyone know? I tried to contact Hawke' but the e-mail
bounced, anyone have a current address for him? (or are you on the
list?:)

3. winsock
I think i asked this before, but cannot find the answer. Is it possible for one
app to send winsock a command to close and release a port opened by
another app?
