1. RE: Win32lib Window Icons

that number selects the icon to use. .ICO files can have several types 
of icons, ranging from 16x16x16 to 48x48x256, and PE files(.exe and .dll 
programs) can have more than one icon stored. my guess is david cuny 
didn't know this when he wrote the setIcon() function
