1. micro-money ?
What happens when someone uses all of their micro-money is
the happy face and amount removed from archive display.
If this happens then the popular programs would no longer be flagged
with the happy face.
I think that the archive should show the happy face with 2
fields the first with voted bucks, the second with bucks used,
that would keep track of how many bucks somebody has available
and still show what programs are popular.

When you spend some Micro-Economy money,
I just make a note of it in my customer database.
I don't remove any happy faces or change the amount showing.
