Topica will be down tomorrow, but EUforum will work as usual,
via the Web interface. It's only e-mail posting and delivery
that will be delayed.

2. Topica going down Saturday
This list will be going down at 11:00 eastern time
tomorrow for several hours.
Topica seems to be running pretty slow today.
They were complaining about a recent
surge of e-mail worms/viruses/whatever.
