Hi
I did not get a response to flood filling a
portion of a picture in windows so I came up with another
idea.
DOS uses 'palette' to change colors of a particular palette's
color. It is very handy and fast. better than flood fill anyway
in some instances.
How do I change a particular 'palette color' in windows programing?
