Whats going on David? You are/were? our cross platform WxWindows champion. Is Qnx a Unix clone? Will it run Euphoria? If not can euphoria be ported by rds fairly easily? Is WxWindows available for Qnx? Is gnu C available on Qnx? Don't know much about operating systems...... but wasn't there some mention by some one on the list about V2? Wouldn't that be the size/speed euphoria portability choice? Say it ain't so, David......... please Ken Rhodes with tongue in cheek and a tear in his eye On Fri, 29 Sep 2000 02:28:31 -0700, Euphoria Programming for > Ironically, I've replaced Linux on my > little i-opener with free QNX - it's a zillion times faster, and even has > Python on it... somewhere... > > Pete, when are you releasing Peu for QNX? > > -- David Cuny _______________________________________________________ Say Bye to Slow Internet! http://www.home.com/xinbox/signup.html

Fully buzzword compliant. > Will it run Euphoria? Maybe. There's *supposed* to be a routine that converts Linux code to run under QNX. It's not guaranteed, but it probably would work. Of course, Robert would have to run the converter, since it's wouldn't be able to convert a packed executable. > If not can euphoria be ported by > rds fairly easily? Probably, but there are probably licensing issues for commercial software. I haven't seen the fine print. > Is WxWindows available for Qnx? There was supposed to be support via MGL, but that appears to have stalled. > Is gnu C available on Qnx? Yes, it comes with it. > but wasn't there some mention by some > one on the list about V2?
