1. Announce: Gateway to Win32Lib Examples

All,

I made a "gateway" program which shows lists of the various Win32Lib
examples and lets the user run or look at them, as well as giving access to
the Euphoria manual, the Win32Lib manual, Wolfgang Fritz's Tutorial (if
present), and an FAQ for Win32Lib.

It's up at RDS right now, check it out & let me know what you think!

Main utility:  puts lots of useful stuff in one place, and makes it easy to
"cut & paste" from the examples into your program;

Main drawbacks:  Win32LibFAQ is *very* basic, needs more (& perhaps some
corrections); accessing Wolf's Tutorial is slightly cumbersome, makes user
have to find it via "open file dialog";

Next step:  making it much easier to access Wolf's Tutorial;

Future:  more examples (contributions requested!); better Win32LibFAQ;
maybe a EuphoriaFAQ (contribution necessary)?
