1. Immmm Baaaaaak!!!
As you may or may not have noticed, I have been gone for
a while now, and I had a good reason: my computer
caught fire! I didn't want to get a new password(it had been
saved on that computer) since I thought they would
have it fixed by now,
but I discovered a while ago that I might not be getting my
computer back for a while
. In 3 weeks this is
all they have found out:
They needed the proof of purchase to check if it was under
warenty(EVEN though they were told it wasn't, and
they could have simply looked it up using the s/n glued to the bottom!)
The hard drive is missing( They were told it was removed! Why would
I even leave it in if the computer had
caught fire!?!?)
They don't know what is wrong.
If it is the motherboard they can't replace it(Dell had
replaced one in about a week, including shipping time!)
