1. EUforum enhancements

I just added a couple of features. (i.e. there could be bugs) 1. You can click the "Subject: ..." line of a message and get a list of the whole message thread in chronological order. It appears as search results from EUforum Search. Brian Broker suggested this. 2. You can click the "From: ..." line to get all the messages by that person, in reverse chronological order.
