I think Matt has forgotten to include this file in his distribution.
You should be able to use the version included in the current EuGrid
release.

Just to be clear: you should only copy the eugrid_mem.e file from the
EuGrid package. Matt is using an unreleased version of eugrid.ew in
EDB. (I am planning to release it just as soon as I get the
documentation finished...sigh)

Yes, I guess I must have done that. Sorry, I'll fix it next week (I'm
